1. 7-Day Return Policy

At Arohan Gems & Jewelery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • Original packaging, boxes, and tags must be intact.
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized jewelry.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale".
  • Items damaged due to customer negligence.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email at hello@arohangemsjewelery.com.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely with all original packaging.
  5. Ship the item to our return address provided in the email.

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges. Please provide photos of the damaged item for our records.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, the Return Policy applies. To cancel, please contact us immediately.
